An inspection is intended to assist in the evaluation of the overall condition of the building. It is based on visual observation of the building's condition on the day of the inspection. The results of a home inspection cannot identify latent or concealed details that may exist.The inspection includes areas of the home's interior and exterior from the roof to the foundation and the exterior drainage and retaining walls. A home inspection will assist you in analyzing the purchase, sale, appraisal or safety of the property.

A careful inspection is very important! It could save you a great amount of money in the end. We provide a pre-inspection agreement outlining what you can expect from our services and a full report upon completion. This report will provide details on at least 20 different areas of the property.

How long is typical home inspection?

A typical home inspection is between 3 and 5 hours and depends on the size of the property, the condition of the property, and the weather conditions.

How much does an inspection cost?

The inspection fee varies depending upon the size of the house, particular features of the house, age, special structures, etc.

Do I have to attend the inspection?

No, it is not required that you attend the inspection. However, there are many benefits to attending the inspection and/or the walk-through after the inspection during which the inspection will be summarized. Attending the inspection will provide you insight on the home's current condition and also the maintenance requirements for the home. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to ask questions. 

When will I receive my report?

An inspection report is usualy sent within 12 to 24 hours, depending on scheduling and the needs of our clients.  We customize each and every report to the individual property and the purchaser's inspection needs. Reports are begun during the inspection and images are added to the report soon after the inspection is completed.

Are you available evenings and weekends?

Yes.  We’re committed to serving the needs of our clients, so we like to make scheduling as easy and flexible as possible.

In what format is my inspection report available?

Reports are available on our website, and in PDF format. A printed copy of report is available upon request.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
A 2.75% processing fee is added to all credit card payments.

When is payment taken?

Payement is due at the time of inspection. If the client is not present at the inspection, the report will be sent via email once payment is received.
