What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a visual observation and evaluation of a building's condition which will assist you in analyzing the purchase, sale, appraisal or safety of the property.  The inspection includes the home's interior and exterior from the roof to the foundation, the exterior drainage, and retaining walls.  The inspector cannot identify latent or concealed details that may exist.  Upon completion of the inspection, the inspector will give you a summary of the inspection while walking through the property with you.
